Overview
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Humn IQ™ Learning courses operated by Humn Pty Ltd (ABN [insert ABN]) at learn.humn.global. By enrolling in any course, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

1. Enrolment and access
On successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your enrolled course via your Thinkific account at learn.humn.global.
Your enrolment provides you with:
- Lifetime access to the course content as it exists at the time of purchase, subject to clause 6
- Access to all downloadable resources included in the course
- One attempt at each module assessment, with unlimited retakes
- A Humn IQ™ digital certificate and badge on successful completion of all modules and assessments
Your enrolment is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials or allow another person to access the course using your account.
2. Pricing and payment
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of enrolment. We accept major credit and debit cards.
Organisation bulk licences (10 or more participants) are invoiced separately. Contact [email protected] for bulk pricing and invoicing arrangements.
3. Refund policy
We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that less than 20% of the course content has been accessed or completed.
To request a refund, email [email protected] with your name, email address, and order number. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Refunds are not available:
- After 7 days from the date of purchase
- Where more than 20% of the course has been accessed or completed
- For digital badge or certificate reissue fees
This refund policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a course has a major failure — meaning it is not as described or is not fit for purpose — you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law regardless of the above conditions.
4. Intellectual property
All course content including videos, slides, templates, scripts, frameworks, assessments, and written materials is the intellectual property of Humn Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian copyright law.
Your enrolment grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the course content for your own professional development purposes.
You may not:
- Share, copy, reproduce, or distribute any course content in any form
- Use course content for commercial training or facilitation purposes without written permission from Humn
- Record or screenshot video lessons
- Repackage or resell any part of the course content
Downloadable templates provided in the course are licensed for use within your own organisation only.
5. The credential
On successful completion of all modules and assessments, you will receive a Humn IQ™ Manager Essentials digital certificate and badge issued via Credly.
The credential certifies completion of the Humn IQ™ Manager Essentials course. It does not constitute a formal qualification under the Australian Qualifications Framework and is not issued by a registered training organisation.
Humn reserves the right to revoke a credential in the event of assessment misconduct or breach of these terms.
6. Course content and availability
We reserve the right to update, modify, or improve course content at any time. Material updates will be made available to existing enrolled students at no additional charge.
In the unlikely event that we discontinue a course entirely, we will provide enrolled students with at least 60 days notice and a pro-rata refund where applicable.
We will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated by email where possible.
7. Your responsibilities
By enrolling, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information at the time of enrolment
- Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others
- Complete assessments honestly and without assistance from others
- Use course content only as permitted under clause 4
- Treat Humn staff and any other students with respect in any communications
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Humn Pty Ltd's liability for any claim arising from your use of our courses is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course.
The course content is provided for professional development and general information purposes. It does not constitute legal advice. You should seek independent legal advice for specific compliance questions relating to your organisation.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
